Reservation

Do I need a reservation?

We highly recommend making a reservation to guarantee a table for your dining experience.

How can I make a reservation?

You can call us at +971-4-3562900, message us on WhatsApp at +971-50 -7819044, or book online via our website, Google or Instagram.

What is your cancellation policy?

A credit card is required to secure reservations. Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior without any charge. After this period, there is a charge of AED 150 per guest.

Walk-ins

Can I join as a walk-in for drinks by the bar?

Walk-ins are welcome at the bar, but entry is subject to availability upon arrival.

Dress Code

Is there a dress code?

Our dress code is smart casual. Men are not allowed to wear athletic wear, flip flops, or tanks. National dress is permitted in the dining room only.

Age Policy

Is there an age policy?

Children 8+ are allowed in Miss Lily’s record room for dinner before 10 pm. After 10 pm, all guests must be 21 years old and physical IDs are required.

Celebrating Special Occasions

We are celebrating a birthday/special occasion, can we bring a cake?

You can bring a cake with a cutting fee of AED 25 per person. We do not allow sparklers, balloons or decorations unless it is a private buy-out.

Smoking Sections

Do you have a smoking section?

Smoking is allowed in the bar, lounge, and yard. The dining room is non-smoking.

Seating Preferences

Can I confirm my booking in a requested section of the restaurant?

Seating preferences will be noted on your booking, but please note that it is a request and is not guaranteed.

Parking

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is valet parking at the hotel. We validate your parking ticket for 3 hours, it is AED 10 per hour after which. Please ask our team to validate your valet ticket before leaving.

Large Groups or Events

Can you accommodate large groups or events?

For parties of 9 and above, there is a minimum spend of AED 300 per person, inclusive of food and beverages. Designated seating times for large groups are at 7/7:30 pm or 10 pm and later.
