Miss Lily’s Dubai's culinary team is led by Head Chef Richie Richards and Sous Chef Courtney Virgo, both natives of Jamaica, who carry the flavors of the Caribbean to Dubai. Chef Richie graduated from the Runaway Bay College of Hospitality and the Culinary Institute of America. With over 17 years of culinary experience, he has worked at a variety of prestigious Jamaican hotels and restaurants. In Dubai, Richie joined Miss Lily's in 2019, where he curated three menus and played a crucial role in overcoming challenges during COVID-19. His precision and dedication have led to Miss Lily's recognition as one of the Best North American & Caribbean restaurants in the city.

Drawing from the diverse roots of Jamaican cuisine, the menu offers modern renditions of island specialties like jerk chicken, escovitch fish, oxtail and curried goat - seasoned with scotch bonnet peppers and fiery jerk spices.
